SGOSS – Governors for Schools exists to improve educational standards by finding, nurturing and supporting a committed network of governors, connecting schools across England, supported by their business and university partnerships.

 

The Challenge

SGOSS had a deep desire to gain competitive advantage through improved data & analytics capabilities to support schools in engaging governors with specialist skills. This drove the requirement to review and change: business processes; personnel; pricing and products (training / e-learning) and the need to formulate the correct KPI’s and reports to effectively manage the re-modelled organisation. Additionally, SGOSS wished to build new functionality into their systems to enable automated matching of individuals to schools.
